Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Techlazz Limited ("we", "us") about the Boop Drop game ("the game"). By downloading or playing it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. The terms of the store you got the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.
1. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial use. The game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or reverse-engineer it, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
2. Gems and other in-game items
- Gems, helpers, themes and other in-game items ("virtual items") are part of your licence to use the game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for cash or real goods, and cannot be sold or transferred to someone else.
- Gems you buy do not expire.
- All prices are shown before you buy. Paid items always give exactly what is shown; there are no paid random rewards.
- Your progress and items are saved on your device. If you uninstall the game or lose your device, they may be lost, except one-time purchases (such as No Ads), which you can get back with Settings → Restore purchases.
- We may change how the game, its items and their prices work, for example to keep the game balanced, but we won't take away items you bought without a fair reason or a replacement.
3. Payments and refunds
Purchases are made and charged through Google Play or the App Store and follow their payment and refund rules. To ask for a refund, use the store's refund process. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer law in your country, including any right to cancel a purchase.
4. Ads
The free game shows ads. Some rewards can be earned by choosing to watch an ad, a limited number of times per day. Buying No Ads removes the ads shown between games.
5. Our content
The game, its name, characters, art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. Third-party software used in the game is listed in Settings → Credits.
6. The game "as is"
We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update, change or stop the game. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms (for example by cheating to get paid items for free).
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
